Almont Resort offers 20 cabins situated on the headwaters of the Gunnison River. Located at 8,026 feet on 90 acres in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Our historic lodge, restaurant lounge & cabins were built at the turn of the century and have been recently remodeled to provide you with comfortable amenities. Activities in and around Almont include: horseback trail rides, fly fishing, wildlife viewing, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, downhill skiing at Crested Butte or Monarch Ski Areas, and ice fishing at Taylor or Blue Mesa Reservoirs.
